Montana Law Enforcement Museum

The Museum, located in beautiful downtown Philipsburg, MT will open for its 12th season on Friday May 15th, 2026. May 15th is Law Enforcement Memorial Day.

Museum hours; Wednesday thru Sunday 11am to 5pm.

The Museum has an all-Volunteer Board of Directors, and is staffed by volunteers. Funding for the Museum is through DONATIONS from our law enforcement association partners, and from visitors to the Museum.

When visiting Philipsburg be sure to stop by the Sweet Palace, the best candy store in the land. Dale and Shirley of the Sweet Palace have been instrumental to the success of the Museum. They helped us locate in Philipsburg and have been great friends to the Museum since the beginning in 2015.

The museum is closed during the winter.
